To assist in carrying out its duties, the First Republic board has delegated certain authority to committees. The audit committee fulfills oversight responsibilities, the compensation committee oversees and administers compensation programs for executive management, and the corporate governance and nominating committee recommends individuals to serve on the board as well as corporate governance principles for the Bank.

Board of Directors

This gives them the perspective and judgment necessary to guide the company’s strategies and monitor their execution.
